These pictures were taken last summer. This is the house we have wanted all along, the one that Brandon REFUSED to pay 1.5 million OVER market value for. Yep that one.
We have been in negotiations for almost 6 months. We are leasing this baby until further notice. I feel VERY blessed to be moving in.
When I get the keys and have a working camera, I will take more pictures and document the move. It ought to be exciting.
Currently the house is gorgeous, peaceful, and feels like heaven. That feeling should last for six more days. After that, it will be chaotic, insane, loud, and exciting. But it will be HOME! I can’t wait.
This house is beautiful. You deserve it. I just found your site and love it. What an amazing mom you are!

Just an fyi, there was a 5800 sq foot house in ladera with 5 or 6 bedrooms that was previously listed for 2.2 million that is now for sale in the oc register for 995,000 or something like that. In the real estate section. In case you are interested which you probably arent since you are moving.

Absolutely. Love the blues/greys/and architecture. Looks like some fine details and
top workmanship went into this house, still, In a market such as it is, I have to
say Brandon was absolutely correct not to pay that much of an inflated price, in a deflated
real estate market….. but when
it happens, and you see your perfect home,
it definitely makes sense to me to hear that
home IS where the heart is.
May you all enjoy the beauty,chaos and life that
will be within
the walls of your lovely new home. Are those
really blue floors in the kitchen ? If so, love
love the blue even more.
