Mary-There are opposing comments here too. But yesterday you told me your weren’t coming over here again. What is this, your third comment?

I have deleted about twenty comments that are NASTY, HATEFUL and vicious toward Michele. I have been way more thoughtful than she is about what I let go through.

You can disagree with me and the way I handled this all you want. But ultimately Michele picked this fight, not the other way around.

I have had her information for months, she knew I had her information. I emailed her and shared it with her. That didn’t stop her from attacking me. She threw the first punch, and now she will pay for it. If she wants to have a hate blog, it will cost her a HELL of a lot of money to defend her right to do so.

Not all speech is protected under the first amendment. Maybe you should brush up on American Tort Laws and protected speech. Outing her on this blog is nothing compared to what is coming in real life.

Since Brandon and I are nice people and fair people, we gave her the option of removing her post or moving forward in a lawsuit. Clearly, she made her choice. Our attorney’s have already begun their process. Michele can spend her money defending herself in court and we will let the judge decide.

I am moving on. The weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders the moment our attorney took over. I hope she learns it’s not okay to maliciously attack people.

At the VERY least, CL posts dissenting opinions on her blog. That takes courage. All I see here is a bunch of ego stroking and I know for a fact that other people have disagreed with you on this post. You can’t even admit that it’s not cool to post people’s personal information for the public to see. On top of that, your commenters here are digging up a bunch of other crap, like doing password recoveries and linking to other sites that show her picture. What is that crap?

Oh, and Steven you have us ALL pegged, don’t you? Where did you get your degree in abnormal psych? Oh, nowhere.

I want you to know why I read you every day:

1. I trust you. You don’t hide behind a “fakie” blog title/name. You don’t hide anything. PERIOD.

2. You keep it real. You’re life isn’t perfect and you never pretend that it is or that YOU are. I’ll bet that the majority of us couldn’t be as brave, open and honest as you have been. We are too, TOO afraid of showing our weaknesses, letting our “secrets” get out, worried that if people knew the REAL us… well you get the idea.

3. I appreciate what you have to say. It’s entertaining, heartfelt, straightforward and REFRESHING. No self-righteous bull crap or pretentious drivel.

Anyway, I’m a fan. Thanks for sharing yourself with those of us who care. And don’t let this “hater” suck one more minute out of your life. It won’t be worth it.

I surf on over there when I feel like reminding myself that I’m a good person. People like that…they’re just…bad people. I’ve found more than a few good blogs to read as a result. I found yours. For the record, I come from a large family. I loved it. And for the record, I had a nanny as well. I love her to this day and hope she can come be MY kids’ nanny. I don’t think she’s jealous (as discussed by her previous post), I just think she’s mean, bitter, and full of hate. Even if there’s a market for it, I’d rather be poor than be mean.
